Paul R. Moss

Paul’s 34 years of business experience have included executive management, sales and direct marketing. Most recently, Paul was CEO of Highsmith Inc, a distributor and publisher within the library and education markets. During his 27 years with Highsmith, Paul also held the positions of Vice President of Marketing, Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President. During his tenure at Highsmith, Paul initiated a direct sales business activity that grew to 30% of company revenue, spearheaded five strategic acquisitions, and managed the sale of the company’s retail business and the sale of two product lines. In 2008, Paul was responsible for managing the marketing and due diligence activities leading to the successful sale of Highsmith Inc. to Lab Safety Supply Inc., a division of W.W. Grainger, Inc. Currently, Paul is owner of The Growth Coach (Madison) providing business coaching services to business owners and entrepreneurs in Madison, Wisconsin and surrounding areas.
