About the Transaction
The Lakeview is a mixed-use real estate development that will have 210 multi-family units, related amenities, and commercial/retail space estimate to cost $86.5 million. It is located on Duluth, Minnesota’s lake front immediately next door to Essentia Health’s new medical center.
