City Capital Advises NuWave Monitoring on its sale to Biotronic NeuroNetwork

CHICAGO, IL – June 1, 2016; City Capital Advisors, a results-oriented investment bank serving closely held private companies, announced today that it advised the owners of NuWave Monitoring, LLC in the sale of the company to Biotronic NeuroNetwork, LLC. The transaction was led by City Capital Managing Directors Matt Phillips and Tim Coleman. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

NuWave Monitoring, founded in 1994 and based in Homewood, Illinois, is a leading provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring services to hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers located throughout Illinois and Northern Indiana.
