Chicago, Illinois – January, 2025; City Capital Advisors, a Chicago-based middle market investment bank, is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Lindholm Construction, Inc. in the sale of the company to Pinnacle Home Improvements, a portfolio company of Boyne Capital (“Boyne”).
