Chicago, Illinois – December 6, 2019; City Capital Advisors, a Chicago-based middle market investment bank, is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Brideside in a $7 million equity private placement led by Beringea, with participation from Sawdust Ventures and others.
This additional $7 million brings Brideside’s total equity funding raised to more than $13 million. The company intends to use the funds to scale showroom footprint, enhance the customer-facing shopping technology and launch Brideside Bridal, a concept to enter the bridal gown business.
