Chicago, Illinois – April 27, 2018; City Capital Advisors, a results-oriented investment bank serving family owned and closely held private companies, announced today that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Dehco, Inc., a distributor and manufacturer of parts and accessories for the recreational vehicle, manufactured housing and marine markets, in its sale to Patrick Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: PATK), a manufacturer and distributor of products for the recreational vehicle, manufactured housing, marine and industrial markets. Total cash consideration in the transaction was approximately $53 million.
Dehco, Inc. was founded by the Schwartz family in 1956.
