Chicago, IL – August 29, 2015; City Capital Advisors, a results-oriented investment banking firm serving the middle market, announced today that it has advised Super Color Digital, a leading provider of grand-format printing solutions to businesses throughout the United States, in a sale of the Company to an entity controlled by Graycliff Partners, a New York based private investment fund. City Capital Advisors was hired as the exclusive financial advisor to Super Color Digital in order to assist with a control recapitalization involving the sale of a controlling interest held by Brookside Mezzanine Partners, a New York based private equity firm.
Transaction Summary
City Capital assisted Brookside and Super Color Digital’s founding management team in evaluating their strategic options for the business. Graycliff will partner with the Company’s management team to fund a growth strategy for expanding their customer base and executing on strategic acquisition opportunities.
