Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels has been acquired by J&J Snack Foods

CHICAGO, IL – June 8, 2012; City Capital Advisors, a results-oriented investment banking firm serving the middle market, announced today that it advised Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels in the sale of the company to J&J Snack Foods, a transaction led by City Capital Managing Director Rachel Corn Kluge.

Transaction Summary

City Capital Advisors was hired as the exclusive financial advisor to Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels in connection with the sale of the company to J&J Snack Foods. “For the past 16 years, we have put our heart and soul into this small business,” says Scott Holstein, founder of Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels. “We sought out this opportunity from J&J to ensure bigger and better for our brand, our company and our family.”
