CHICAGO, IL – December 6, 2019; City Capital Advisors, a leading results-driven boutique investment bank serving middle market companies, announced today that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Marmon Holdings, a Berkshire Hathaway company, in the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Owl Wire and Cable to International Wire Group, an affiliate of Atlas Holdings. Terms were not disclosed.
Owl Wire and Cable, a recognized leader in copper wire for 65 years with a longstanding reputation for excellence, operates three manufacturing facilities in upstate New York with a total of more than 350,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space.
