CHICAGO, IL – March 31, 2022;  City Capital Advisors, a leading boutique investment bank serving middle-market companies, announced today that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Greenspring Medical Aesthetics (“Greenspring”) in connection with its recapitalization with Princeton Medspa Partners, a portfolio company of Princeton Equity Group.   Founded by Dr. Alexander Cadoux in 1994, Greenspring is one of the most highly-regarded and trusted med spas in the greater Tucson area, providing non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic services for over 27 years.   Greenspring’s three Tucson area locations offer clients the safest, most-advanced cosmetic procedures, including Botox®, the Juvederm® family of dermal fillers, body sculpting, facial skin tightening, fractional and non-fractional laser skin resurfacing and IPL treatments, and RF microneedling, along with a wide array of other medical and cosmetic treatments.   Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Princeton Medspa Partners, a company founded by the principals of Princeton Equity Group, operates MedSpa810, a leading medical spa franchisor with existing franchise locations in Arizona, Kentucky and Michigan and additional locations under development in North Carolina, Texas, Nevada, and Massachusetts.    Greenspring, along with AlluraDerm MD Medspa in Albuquerque, New Mexico, represent the initial entry by Princeton Medspa Partners in the development of its own (non-franchised) spa network, a strategy designed to complement its franchise operations, leverage its capabilities and expertise in spa operations, and capitalize on the growing demand across the U.S. for non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.
